Apparently Derek is just happy to know he could make a AA team, and that's all he needs. Yesterday, after much deep discussion (and you know how he likes to discuss. And discuss. And discuss...) he decided he doesn't want to play AA. He says he is not committed to working that hard, and just wants to have fun playing at home. Pretty hard to argue with that. Plus, it's going to save me a pile of time and money.
So, if you need me this winter, I'll be at the Kerrobert rink. Until then, it's football, folks!
