A little more elbow room in the nest!

Well, Stevie Wonder left the nest this morning.  He did pretty well with his plan to not sleep until he left (I inadvertently omitted his determination stubbornness pig-headedness when listing his traits in the last post), but I sure wouldn't want to be in his company for the next little while.  Or maybe he was just being so miserable to us so that we wouldn't miss him while he's gone.  Ya.  That's probably it.  We'll go with it, anyway.

The graduation ceremonies and celebrations went quite well.  Suffice it to say that I am happy to wait five years for the next one.  All the grads looked stunning in their finery, and totally enjoyed their day.  I'll let the pictures tell the story!

These two have always been good friends.  Their great-great-grandparents were friends, and the families have stayed close.  Love it!

This was, quite obviously, towards the end of the night.  He was fading fast!

Good bartending, though!

So that's it for now!  I may just go have a nap - this old body can't keep teenager hours and get away with it for very long.  And hopefully there will be a call from Australia letting us know our little boy is OK!
